With this service, you will have tracking information sent to your email address, as well as your mobile contact number if provided. Royal Mail delivers Monday - Saturday. The expected delivery time is around 2-3 Business days

    Royal Mail Tracked 24hr (Orders placed before 12.30 pm, Mon - Fri) £3.99 - Orders are sent via Royal Mail 24 Tracked service. With this service, you will have tracking information sent to your email address, as well as your mobile contact number if provided. Royal Mail deliver Monday - Saturday. The expected delivery time is the next business day.

    Returns & Exchanges

    RETURNS

    We hope that you'll love all your purchases from Nictoria’s Boutique however sometimes items do need to be returned. If this is the case you may return your item for a refund, less postage costs unless your item is deemed faulty.

    Our returns policy is 14 days, and so if 14 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund.

    To be eligible for a refund the items must be unworn and in the condition they were purchased with tags, including all packaging.

    Items showing any signs of wear or that aren’t in a re-sellable as new condition due to various reasons including make-up, odours, deodorant marks, washed etc will not be refunded.

    Please note we do not accept returns on any sale items.

    Please re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package, double checking all labels and tags are still attached and you have the original paperwork.

    It is your responsibility to return the relevant paperwork with order number/name and reason for the return inside the package. Failure to provide this information will mean we are unable to locate your purchase and therefore will be unable to process your refund request.

    You are responsible for paying for your own costs to return your item. Tracking is recommended.

    Please return the package, obtaining and keeping safe the proof of postage to the following address.

    Refunds:
    Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund less postage will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.

    Late or missing refunds:
    If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of us receiving your return, please double check your original payment source as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. If you have done this and you have still not received your refund, please contact us at info@nictoriasboutique.co.uk

    Exchanges:
    We only replace items if they are proved to be faulty or defective.
